The Terraforma Underground Project is an organization that is dedicated to facilitating developing underground house technologies. In a small colony of underground rental cabins called Digloos, they plan to showcase emerging technologies adapting to the underground market. This is their first project.
While these Digloos will be a place where people can come and experience the feel of underground construction and technology (also known as green roof and earth shelter) will also provide lodging for outdoor enthusiasts visiting the North Country of New Hampshire. The facility will cater primarily ATV riders and snowmobilers due to its unique location on a trail that allows dual use. The trail connects to one of the largest trail systems in North America, but that is not all there is to do. Skiing, fishing, canoeing, and hiking are just the beginning of the other activities available in the North Country of New Hampshire and within close proximity of the first Digloo colony.
It is a facility that will help provide a facility for the research and testing of products with the opportunity to see how the technologies perform in real living situations. This Digloo colony resort would be open to anyone visiting the area for anyone looking to experience the Great North Woods of New Hampshire, but also for anyone just curios or interested to experience a stay in these unique innovative structures.
